About CRM Blog-Cast List-Sharing:
DaList is part of the BuickAI SnM Control Panel.
The SnM Control Panel is a CRM marketing gauge, or to give it the full title, Sales and Marketing (hence SnM).
The SnM Control Panel is a suite of utilities and services focused on maximising a businesses sales and marketing opportunities, which naturally includes CRM customer resource management.
But CRM, in the conventional sense, is a thorny subject which requires a huge investment in integrated infrastructure. CRM solutions can only really work effectively when integrated with stock and invoicing – what you have left to sell and what you have previously sold to each client, is obviously seminal as part of a CRM “relationship”.
There is also a natural human resistance to the Borg-like efficiency of a corporate wide CRM system. A salesman lives or dies by “his” performance, so no matter how logical or team spirited sharing sales demographics and leads might be, you’ll strangely find that such information, if included at all, is usually out of date, or inconsequential (red herrings).
Of course some information, particularly metric “trends” are seminal to a businesses strategy and effectiveness. So the big question is how do you appease both sides of the fence – provide necessary unidentifiable metrics corporate wide, and let a salesman keep his essential ToDo list and information golden nuggets? And how would you do this without the gut wrenching integration required of a conventional (stock based) CRM system?
DaList seeks to fill this chasm!
Additionally, how do you deploy this information model to socio applications, like blogs and apply it to new media artists, seeking a digital identity and distribution channel?
DaList was developed by BuickAI, an artificial intelligence software house, which is part of the K2k Group.
